Spinner

I am 63 years old and my husband is A Baba. I have 3 daughters and 3 grandkids. Two of our daughters live close-by, one lives farther away.

I learned to spin from my mother. I saw her doing it as I was growing up and followed in her footsteps. I can't weave. I have woven a few things when I was young, a blanket for my aunt, etc., but now I don't remember how.

Some of the money we earn from TAHDA we give away, some we use for our electric bill, our electric bill is really expensive here, and we use some of it to buy shoes and things for ourselves, but after that there is not much left.

We really enjoy when people come and visit us at our house.
